Welcome to Nelu. This User Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between you and Takecopter (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and governs your access to and use of Nelu and related services.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the service. In particular, please pay close attention to provisions regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, service changes, suspension or termination, and dispute resolution. By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, logging into, or otherwise using Nelu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.
1.1 This Agreement applies to Nelu and all related services provided by Takecopter, including websites, mobile apps, web apps, mini-programs, APIs, and any future product formats.
1.2 “User” means any natural person who accesses or uses the service.
1.3 We may publish supplemental rules, product notices, payment rules, feature-specific terms, or community policies from time to time. Such materials form an integral part of this Agreement once published.
2.1 You represent that you have the legal capacity required to use the service. If you do not, you must use the service under the guidance of your legal guardian.
2.2 You must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or linking an account, and you must promptly update such information when it changes.
2.3 You may not impersonate another person or use false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing information as your account name, avatar, profile, or other account data.
2.4 Your account is for your personal use only. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us in writing, you may not transfer, lend, rent, sell, share, or otherwise permit any third party to use your account.
3.1 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, verification codes, devices, and authentication information, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 If you discover unauthorized use, suspicious activity, credential leakage, or any other account security issue, please contact us or use the in-app recovery process immediately.
You understand that we require a reasonable period of time to verify and process any such request. Except as otherwise required by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your own failure to safeguard your account, device theft, fraud, or third-party misuse that is not caused by our legal fault.
3.3 We may restrict, suspend, freeze, recover, or terminate accounts in cases including prolonged inactivity, submission of false information, breach of this Agreement, or unlawful or risky conduct.
4.1 Nelu may provide account management, content interaction, AI-based features, messaging, and other services that we may introduce from time to time. Actual features depend on the version and product configuration made available to you.
4.2 To maintain safety, consistency, and stability, we may update, maintain, optimize, adjust, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the service at our reasonable discretion.
4.3 Because the service depends on networks, devices, operating systems, and third-party infrastructure, you may experience delay, interruption, loading failure, incompatibility, or similar issues. We are not liable for such issues unless otherwise required by law.
5.1 Certain features or services may now or in the future require payment. Pricing, payment methods, billing cycles, and any auto-renewal rules will be disclosed on the relevant pages or in supplemental rules.
5.2 If you make payments through third-party payment providers, you must also comply with their rules and terms.
If we adjust any fee-related rules and you continue to use the paid service after the adjustment takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated rules.
You may not use the service to engage in conduct including but not limited to:
If we discover or reasonably suspect a violation, we may remove content, limit functionality, suspend services, terminate accounts, and pursue legal remedies.
7.1 Unless otherwise stated, all rights, title, and interest in Nelu, including its software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, documentation, and related content, belong to Takecopter or the relevant rights holders.
7.2 You represent that you own or have obtained all rights necessary for any content you upload, input, submit, publish, or transmit through the service.
7.3 To the extent necessary to operate, provide, store, display, process, transmit, review, secure, and improve the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license during the service term to use such content for the limited purpose of providing the service.
We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy and related rules to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
9.1 You may apply to delete your account through the process made available in the product. After account deletion, you may no longer access the relevant services, and associated data may be deleted or anonymized as required by law or by our retention rules.
9.2 We may suspend or terminate your access if:
10.1 We will use reasonable efforts to provide secure and stable services, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss caused by force majeure, network failure, communication interruption, hacker attack, third-party acts, governmental action, system maintenance, device incompatibility, or similar events not caused by our legal fault.
10.2 If your breach of this Agreement or applicable law causes us or any third party to suffer loss, you shall be liable for the corresponding damages.
11.1 We may update this Agreement from time to time in response to changes in law, regulation, product features, or operational needs. Updated terms will be posted through the product, on relevant pages, or by other reasonable means.
If you continue to use the service after the updated Agreement becomes effective, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
11.2 This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws relevant to your use of the service. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court or other competent dispute resolution body with jurisdiction over Takecopter, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
